I designed everything in Work Club with intention, from the cozy atmosphere to the workshops and events that encourage real connection.
The idea for Work Well Club came from my own struggle to find balance between working hard and taking care of myself. I’d spent years feeling isolated and burnt out as a remote worker, knowing I wasn’t alone in wanting more connection and support. So, I started organizing small meet-ups at local cafés—spaces where we could talk openly about burnout, share productivity tips, and just be around others who understood the challenges.
The response was incredible, and I knew there was a bigger opportunity here. I envisioned a place that blended the comfort of a café with the productivity of a co-working space, and the sense of community we were all craving. I took the leap and opened the first Work Well Club in Dallas, TX. It wasn’t just about creating a place to work—it was about building a space where people could thrive.
